Linden Oaks Behavioral Health, a leading psychiatric program in western Chicago, is seeking a psychiatrist to join their collaborative team of behavioral health experts.

  • A compensated weekend rounding call schedule of 1:6
  • Treatment settings include inpatient, partial hospitalization, intensive outpatient, and medication clinic

Compensation and benefits:

  • A 1st year guarantee with the option to transition to a RVU productivity-based model
  • A $20,000 annual quality bonus (once the physician reaches RVU productivity)
  • A sign-on bonus
  • A relocation allowance
  • A fitness center membership
  • Paid malpractice insurance including tail coverage

Requirements:

  • Must be ABMS board-certified or board-eligible
  • Psychiatrists with sub-specialty training are encouraged to apply
