Job Overview

Loma Linda University Medical Center is seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Clinical Nurse B-Inpatient to join our team. As a key member of our healthcare staff, you will provide direct and indirect patient-centered care in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
  • Utilize discretion and independent judgment to coordinate and document quality patient care.
  • Perform the nursing process (assessment, care planning, intervention, evaluation) in accordance with LLUMC's established Professional Practice Model.
  • Emphasize new knowledge, innovations, and improvements in practice, applying theoretical concepts to clinical practice.
  • Exhibit self-motivation to continually expand your knowledge base and clinical skills.
  • Function in a skills mix environment, directly supervising and delegating tasks to licensed and unlicensed staff.


Requirements:
• Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing (BSN) required.
• Minimum of one year experience required.
• Active California Registered Nurse (RN) license required.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification issued by the American Heart Association required.

Estimated Salary: $95,000 - $110,000 per annum,
based on experience and qualifications.
