Key Responsibilities:
A typical day in the role of Tax Manager may involve:
- Preparing comprehensive tax returns for diverse clients, including fiduciary and estate tax matters.
- Collaborating with team members to ensure timely and accurate completion of individual and business tax returns.
- Reviewing, approving, and finalizing tax returns for client distribution.

Candidate Profile:
- Possesses a solid understanding of tax concepts and can articulate the differences between various tax forms.
- Stays informed about the evolving regulations and policies within the tax industry.
- Demonstrates strong problem-solving abilities and proactively identifies solutions.
- Exhibits a commitment to assisting others and is prepared to lead a team of skilled professionals.
- Holds knowledge of various industries and can interpret financial statements effectively.
- Holds an active CPA license or Enrolled Agent (EA) certification, with 5-7 years of public accounting tax experience.
- Open to hybrid or in-office work arrangements.
Must be authorized to work in the United States without the need for visa sponsorship.
