We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead our Ski School team at Loon Mountain. As a key member of our resort operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day management of our facilities, including maintenance and repair, as well as personnel management and training.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee the Ski School team, including hiring, training, and scheduling.
- Ensure the smooth operation of our facilities, including indoor and outdoor spaces, through effective maintenance and repair strategies.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve guest experience and satisfaction.
- Collaborate with other resort departments to ensure seamless operations and achieve business objectives.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve our resort operations.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in resort operations, ski school management, or a related field.
- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred.
