ColdPoint Logistics: Warehouse Associate

Estimated Salary: $42,000 - $52,000 per year

Job Summary:

  • Maintain a safe and efficient warehouse environment by operating industrial equipment, manually moving materials, and ensuring compliance with food safety regulations.
  • Assist in receiving, storing, and shipping products while adhering to company procedures and maintaining accurate records.
  • Demonstrate strong teamwork skills, adaptability, and a commitment to excellence in daily activities and employee wellness initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Operate industrial equipment to move cases or pallets of product between unloading, processing, loading, and storage areas.
  2. Organize and secure stored materials, including boxes and pallets, to maintain a clean and organized workspace.
  3. Loading or unloading materials manually, off or on to pallets, platforms, skids, or lifting devices.
  4. Weigh products or materials and record weight and further production information on labels and tags using RF scanners.
  5. Manually place labels on cases for shipping compliance.
  6. Ensure the warehouse premises are kept clean and well-maintained.
  7. Other duties as assigned by management.
