Key Responsibilities- Collect and analyze data to identify expected outcomes for patients
- Develop and prioritize the plan of care to attain measurable goals
- Implement interventions and evaluate results, particularly for Critical Care patients
- Identify educational needs and implement patient/family education
- Deliver medications based on continual assessment, safety, and evaluation of patient response
- Bachelor's of Science in Nursing (BSN) or currently enrolled
- Current RN license in Texas and/or current Compact License
- 1 year of current L&D experience required
- Current BCLS Certification Required
- Current ACLS and NRP Certifications Required
- AWHONN Fetal Monitoring course within 90 days of hire date
