Job Summary

We are seeking a Per-diem Staff Nurse to join our nursing team in Cathedral City, CA. As a Staff Nurse, you will play a critical role in delivering comprehensive care to our patients, including conducting assessments, administering care, and managing both medical and psychiatric needs in collaboration with our medical providers.

Responsibilities
  • Provide nursing-related services for each client, including conducting thorough nursing assessments and delivering routine care.
  • Review medication logs and assist in medical and psychiatric management, facilitating medication education and integrating nursing considerations into treatment plans.
  • Ensure meticulous documentation adhering to facility and State requirements.
Requirements
  • An active Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) or Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of California.
  • Nursing Diploma or Degree from an accredited school.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience as a Staff Nurse in a detox setting is strongly preferred.
  • Work experience in the field of behavioral or mental health treatment.
