As a Fire Alarm Technician, you will play a critical role in ensuring the safety and security of our customers by installing, maintaining, and repairing fire alarm systems.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Service and Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance and repairs on fire alarm systems to ensure they are functioning properly.
  • Inspections and Testing: Conduct regular inspections and testing of fire alarm systems to identify any potential issues or defects.
  • Troubleshooting: Troubleshoot and diagnose problems with fire alarm systems to determine the root cause of the issue.
  • Installation and Upgrade: Install and upgrade fire alarm systems to meet the needs of our customers.
  • Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service by responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
Requirements:
  • Education: High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • Experience: 4+ years of experience in the fire alarm industry, with a strong background in fire alarm system installation, maintenance, and repair.
  • Certifications: Valid FDNY S78 and S98 Certificates of Fitness, NYC SST Card, and NICET II Certification preferred.
  • Skills: Strong technical skills, excellent communication and customer service skills, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
