Position Summary

Visa Technology & Operations LLC is seeking a Lead Cybersecurity Risk Analyst to join our dynamic team. This role is pivotal in shaping the information security landscape within our organization.

  • Craft high-level information security communications to support informed business decision-making.
  • Ensure that all written materials are concise, comprehensive, and tailored for an executive audience.
  • Oversee projects and processes while providing mentorship to colleagues within the department.
  • Direct quality assurance initiatives to guarantee the precision of executive reports that encompass extensive data sets.
  • Collaborate with technical teams and key stakeholders to identify, define, gather, and present information security risk metrics pertinent to business leadership.
  • Engage proactively with stakeholders regarding metrics, reporting, and various responsibilities.
  • Contribute to the development of information security reporting and dashboards.
  • Assist in establishing processes and protocols for cybersecurity reporting and metrics activities.
  • Investigate best practices and innovative strategies to enhance the assessment and communication of information security risks and metrics.
  • Influence practices, procedures, and policies within the job sub-function.

Qualifications

Essential Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Information Technology or a related discipline, accompanied by 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Experience in Penetration Testing, Identity and Access Management, or Security Architecture.
  • Familiarity with cybersecurity frameworks such as NIST, FAIR, and PCI, alongside a solid understanding of the severity and criticality of identified security vulnerabilities.
  • Proficiency in tools such as PowerBI, Tableau, Excel, JIRA, and ServiceNow.

Work Environment

This position offers a hybrid work model, allowing employees to alternate between remote and office settings. Employees in hybrid roles are expected to work from the office a minimum of 2-3 designated days per week, as determined by leadership and site requirements.

Travel Requirements: This role does not necessitate travel.

Mental/Physical Requirements: The position will be conducted in an office environment, requiring the incumbent to sit and stand at a desk, communicate in person and via telephone, and frequently operate standard office equipment.

Compensation: The estimated salary range for this position is $132,300.00 to $211,600.00 per year, which may include potential incentive payments. Salary may vary based on job-related factors, including knowledge, skills, experience, and location. This position may also be eligible for an annual bonus and equity, along with a comprehensive benefits package that includes Medical, Dental, Vision, 401(k), Employee Stock Purchase Program, FSA/HSA, Life Insurance, Paid Time Off, and Wellness Programs.
