Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for patients with various physical, cognitive, and emotional needs.
  • Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to identify patient goals and objectives.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care and achieve optimal outcomes.
  • Provide education and training to patients, families, and caregivers on occupational therapy techniques and strategies.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices through ongoing education and professional development.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
  • Current licensure in Mississippi and certification in CPR.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse populations.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound judgments.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and responsibilities.
