Mental Health Therapist

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Mental Health Therapist to join our team at Community Counseling Solutions. As a Mental Health Therapist, you will provide culturally competent and appropriate behavioral health treatment to individuals, families, and groups in our community.
Responsibilities:- Provide individual, group, and family therapy sessions to clients with a range of mental health concerns.
- Conduct assessments, screenings, and evaluations to identify client needs and develop treatment plans.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, community agencies, and family members to ensure comprehensive care.
- Develop and implement treatment plans that address client goals and objectives.
- Provide crisis intervention and stabilization services as needed.
- Document client progress and maintain accurate records.
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay current with best practices and evidence-based treatments.
- Master's degree in social work, psychology, or a related field.
- Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) certification.
- Experience working with diverse populations, including children, adults, and families.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in electronic health records and other software systems.
- A competitive salary range of $54,930 to $108,330 per year.
