Culinary Specialist

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Food Service Team Member to join our team at Lake Mills Care Center. As a key member of our culinary team, you will play a vital role in providing our residents with a high-quality dining experience.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve meals to residents in accordance with their dietary needs and preferences.
• Ensure the safety and quality of food and equipment by following proper food handling and storage procedures.
• Collaborate with our culinary team to plan and prepare meals that meet the nutritional needs and tastes of our residents.
• Provide excellent customer service to residents and their families, ensuring a positive and welcoming dining experience.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Prior experience in food service or a related field preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain a high level of productivity.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
