We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Warehouse Team Lead to join our team at SIMOS Insourcing Solutions in Buckeye, AZ. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for coordinating associate activities in the production process and monitoring performance.
Key Responsibilities- Assist shift supervisor in day-to-day operations as needed
- Communicate effectively with supervisor and client operations
- Train new hires in all available departments
- Monitor performance & safety for every associate
- Assist supervisor and operations in ongoing tasks to service the client on-site
- A minimum of 1 year of warehouse systems or operations knowledge
- Ability to lift up to 70 lbs. safely and repetitively
- Ability to stand and move on your feet throughout the duration of a 10-12-hour shift
- People skills are a must
