Your collaboration with personnel across various levels will be essential in partnering with Operations Management to implement impactful changes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Gather and analyze data to optimize processes
  • Oversee continuous improvement and engineering projects to achieve better business results
  • Mentor staff in Lean methodologies and engineering practices
  • Conduct Value Stream Mapping and facilitate Kaizen events
  • Generate data reports and provide strategic insights
  • Design and uphold Quality Management Systems
  • Ensure adherence to regulatory standards and quality control
  • Lead cross-functional continuous improvement projects to drive operational excellence

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and data visualization tools
  • Experience with Lean methodologies, Quality Assurance, and engineering principles
  • Understanding of warehouse operations, data analytics, and material handling techniques
  • Educational background: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Business, or Supply Chain
  • Certifications in Lean Six Sigma or Supply Chain Logistics are advantageous
