Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Couples and Family Therapist to join our team in Fairfax City, Virginia. As a key member of our clinical staff, you will work closely with our clients to provide evidence-based therapy services, promoting healing and growth in a supportive and non-judgmental space.
Responsibilities- Provide individual, couples, and family therapy sessions, utilizing evidence-based approaches to address a range of mental health concerns.
- Conduct comprehensive assessments, develop treatment plans, and maintain accurate documentation of client progress.
- Collaborate with our multidisciplinary team to ensure seamless care coordination and referrals.
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay current with best practices and industry developments.
- Master's degree in a behavioral science or related field from an accredited institution.
- Virginia clinical license (LPC, LCSW, LMFT, etc.) with the ability to practice independently.
- Experience working with diverse populations, including couples and families.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, colleagues, and community partners.
- Proficiency in electronic health record systems and standard office technology.
