Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Physical Therapist to join our team for a 13-week contract in Wilmington, Ohio. As a mobility medicine specialist, you will work closely with our team to provide personalized care to patients, promoting their overall well-being and quality of life.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess patients' physical abilities and develop personalized treatment plans
  • Conduct physical therapy sessions, utilizing evidence-based practices to promote patient recovery
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure seamless patient care
  • Document patient progress and maintain accurate records

Requirements:

  • DPT degree from an accredited program
  • Current state licensure and certification as a Physical Therapist
  • Experience working in a fast-paced healthcare environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
