Responsibilities- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care to ensure optimal outcomes.
- Develop and individualize care plans based on patient needs and preferences.
- Execute physician orders and administer medications and treatments as needed.
- Perform routine and complex technical procedures in a specialty area.
- Provide patient and family education and health promotion.
- Coordinate and prioritize patient care activities to ensure efficient and effective care delivery.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of nursing practice.
- Current RN licensure in Texas.
- Two years of clinical RN experience.
- Current BLS certification.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
