Key Responsibilities- Develop and Implement Care Plans: Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement comprehensive care plans that meet the unique needs of each resident.
- Provide Clinical Care: Provide high-quality clinical care to residents, including administering medications, performing treatments, and monitoring vital signs.
- Lead the Care Team: Supervise and mentor care associates to ensure that residents receive the highest level of care and support.
- Communicate Effectively: Communicate effectively with residents, families, and healthcare providers to ensure that residents receive seamless care and support.
- Maintain Accurate Records: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of resident care, including medical histories, treatment plans, and progress notes.
- Active RN License: Must have an active RN license in the state of practice.
- Experience: Must have a minimum of 6 months experience as an RN.
- CPR Certification: Must have current CPR certification.
- Electronic Medical Record Experience: Experience with electronic medical records is preferred.
- Competitive Compensation: Up to $42.00/hour based on experience, including shift differentials.
