We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Loss Prevention Agent to join our team at Uniqlo Co., Ltd. As a Loss Prevention Agent, you will play a critical role in maintaining a safe shopping environment for our customers and a safe work environment for our employees.
Key Responsibilities- Identify and apprehend shoplifters by following company guidelines and protocols.
- Participate in associate awareness efforts and generate leads for internal investigations.
- Partner with the Loss Prevention Manager to manage and resolve internal investigations.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, including shortage reduction strategies.
- Inspect compliance with company safety policies and procedures through store visits and provide direction and training as needed.
- At least 1 year of experience in a specialty retail store environment in a Loss Prevention role.
- Basic knowledge of computer applications, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends.
- Knowledge of federal, state, and local laws related to shoplifting and retail crime.
- Knowledge of surveillance equipment and installations.
- Ability to travel to stores within assigned areas and maneuver around sales floors, stock rooms, and offices.
- High school diploma required, college degree preferred.
- Medical, dental, and vision coverage.
