Job Summary

Pall Corporation is seeking a highly skilled Quality Assurance Manager to join our team in Putnam, CT. As a key member of our Global Quality Organization, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of site quality activity to support business objectives and defined core value drivers.

This includes the implementation of effective quality management systems aligned to corporate and business unit policies, procedures, and industry-specific requirements. You will lead a team of quality professionals and be responsible for developing and implementing quality strategies to drive business growth and customer satisfaction.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in quality assurance, with a minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in a leadership role. You will be proficient in Excel and Minitab, with the ability to analyze and interpret data. Experience with ISO 9001 and GMP knowledge is an advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement effective quality management systems aligned to corporate and business unit policies, procedures, and industry-specific requirements.
  • Lead a team of quality professionals and develop and implement quality strategies to drive business growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Manage customer complaint CAPA and NCR process providing escalation.
  • Identify and implement controls and reporting to cover industry-specific regulatory requirements.
  • Develop and mentor talent within the quality function.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in engineering/manufacturing or related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of progressive quality assurance experience.
  • Minimum of 5 years of supervisor/leadership experience.
  • Proficient in Excel and Minitab, with the ability to analyze and interpret data.
  • Experience with ISO 9001 and GMP knowledge is an advantage.
