AristaCare at Manchester is seeking a skilled Senior Speech Therapist to provide high-quality speech-language pathology services to residents in our post-acute inpatient rehabilitation, memory care, and long-term care settings.

About the Role

  • As a Senior Speech Therapist, you will be responsible for planning, organizing, developing, and directing speech language pathologist services to ensure the highest degree of quality resident care.
  • You will evaluate residents to determine their need for intervention/treatment, develop treatment plans, and implement evidence-based therapies to achieve identified goals.
  • Strong communication and documentation skills are essential for this role, as you will work closely with interdisciplinary teams and communicate evaluation findings, treatment plans, and recommendations to residents, families/responsible parties, and healthcare professionals.
  • Our ideal candidate will have a strong passion for delivering exceptional patient care and a commitment to ongoing professional development to maintain current licensure and certification.

Requirements and Qualifications

  • A minimum of Bachelor of Science Degree in Speech Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • An active Speech Language Pathologist license in state(s) of practice
  • Ongoing continuing education and professional development to maintain current licensure and certification
