Lead Histotechnologist

KA Recruiting Inc. is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Histotech to join our global laboratory team in Southern New Hampshire.

• Lead and manage a team of histotechnicians to ensure efficient and high-quality laboratory operations.
• Develop and implement laboratory procedures and protocols to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with laboratory staff to resolve technical issues and improve laboratory processes.
• Provide training and guidance to laboratory staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties.

• ASCP certification.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a histology laboratory setting.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
