- Monitor and evaluate patient progress, making adjustments to care plans as needed.
Requirements:
- Associate's degree in Nursing.
- Two years' clinical experience as a Registered Nurse. 1-2 years experience in Case Management preferred.
- Registered RN in the State of Florida, BLS required.
