Job Summary

As a Network Planning Engineer at LanceSoft, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining large-scale national and international networks. You will work closely with our team to troubleshoot network issues, develop corrective action plans, and provide daily network and telecommunication engineering support.

Key Responsibilities

* Troubleshoot network issues and develop corrective action plans
* Install, configure, and maintain routers, switches, and firewalls
* Configure dynamic routing protocols
* Provide daily network and telecommunication engineering support
* Integrate hardware and software system components within a lab environment
* Provide networking support to multiple environments, including development, test, and production

Requirements

* Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related field
* Minimum of 6 years' experience in large-scale network design, implementation, and operations
* Ability to obtain an FAA Public Trust Clearance and ATSEP, Network Engineer certification within 6 months of hire date

Preferred Qualifications

* Previous experience with FAA systems/programs
* Cisco Certifications: CCNA, CCNP, or CISSP
* Previous experience working with telco service providers
* Previous experience with multicast routing
* Previous experience with scripting languages
