Position Overview:
The main responsibility of this role is to oversee the preparation and quality assurance of various food items, including meats, seafood, poultry, sauces, and stocks. You will ensure that each dish meets our high standards for presentation and taste, while adhering to safety regulations.

Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and set up food production stations.
- Ensure all food items are prepared consistently and timely.
- Uphold plating and presentation standards.
- Follow safety protocols to maintain a clean and safe kitchen environment.

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent GED; prior experience in hospitality is advantageous.
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- State Food Handlers certification required or willingness to obtain.
