Preconstruction Specialist

We are currently seeking a skilled Preconstruction Specialist to join our team in Denver, CO. The estimated salary for this role is $75,000 - $95,000 per year, depending on experience.

• Job Summary

The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing consistently accurate, detailed quantity surveys, identifying, researching, and obtaining relevant information through independent research related to items for which they are tasked with quantifying or soliciting subcontractor proposals.

Internal: Prepare consistently accurate, detailed quantity surveys; Identify, research, and obtain relevant information through independent research related to items for which they are tasked with quantifying or soliciting subcontractor proposals. Owner/Architect: Attend preconstruction meetings to learn project information and gain exposure to external customer interactions. Subcontractor: Awareness of the local subcontractor community and ability to understand and differentiate capabilities of the subcontractors being solicited for proposals.

A Bachelor's degree within the construction field, excellent listening and communication skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, estimating software (Timberline or similar), and scheduling software (Primavera or similar). Careful attention to detail and resourcefulness in acquiring project-specific information.
