**What We're Looking For**

We are seeking a motivated individual who is dedicated to doing quality work and furthering their career as a Carpenter. The ideal candidate will have:

  • Relevant carpentry experience, including hanging cabinets, framing, cutting, and installing (cabinet/trim)
  • Ability to read project plans
  • Knowledge of Safety Standards and Procedures
  • Effective time management and communication skills
  • Physical ability to perform the requirements of this carpentry position
  • A valid driver's license and good driving record

**Responsibilities**

The Carpentry Lead duties will include:

  • Meticulously following blueprints, marking and measuring surfaces to determine how to properly go about jobs
  • Expertly performing work, regardless of obstacles and odd or tight spaces
  • Finish carpentry, custom cabinet installation, crown molding, light interior framing, door installation, coordinating onsite projects, and managing the project schedule
