Job Summary

At Western Missouri Medical Center, we are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Surgical Scrub Tech to join our team.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Assist surgeons with procedures in the operating room and endoscopy suite
* Provide accurate instrumentation and supplies during procedures
* Maintain aseptic technique and ensure a safe environment for patients
* Utilize time management skills to facilitate schedules
* Participate in departmental meetings and hospital forums
* Collaborate with colleagues to continuously improve the department

**Requirements:**

* High school diploma or equivalent
* Graduate of an accredited surgical technology program (preferred)
* Minimum 1 year experience as a surgical scrub tech (preferred)
* Knowledge of various surgical procedures
* Familiarity with surgical instrumentation and equipment
* Sterile conscious required
* Current BLS certification
