Sales Stylist

Job Summary
We're seeking a highly motivated Sales Stylist to join our team at Levi Strauss & Co. in Troutdale, OR. As a Sales Stylist, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, driving sales growth, and maintaining a visually appealing store environment.

Key Responsibilities:
Provide outstanding customer service, ensuring a positive shopping experience for every customer
Meet or exceed sales and performance goals, demonstrating a strong understanding of our products and services
Maintain a thorough knowledge of Levi's history and heritage, showcasing our brand's values and mission
Collaborate with colleagues to achieve store objectives, promoting a positive and inclusive work environment
Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, trends, and company initiatives, applying this knowledge to drive sales and customer engagement

Requirements:
1+ year of customer service experience, preferably in a retail environment
High school diploma or equivalent, with a focus on sales, marketing, or a related field
Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends, with a strong commitment to meeting business needs
Basic technology skills, including familiarity with iOS and device troubleshooting
