Overview

About the Role

We are seeking skilled and compassionate nurses who possess excellent clinical skills, strong communication abilities, and a passion for delivering exceptional patient outcomes. This role is ideal for registered nurses who have a minimum of one year of experience in an acute care setting and are looking to take their career to the next level.

Key Responsibilities

  • Patient Assessment: Conduct thorough assessments of patients' physical, psychological, social, spiritual, educational, developmental, cultural, and discharge planning needs.
  • Care Planning: Develop individualized plans of care that address patients' specific needs and goals, in collaboration with the multidisciplinary team.
  • Nursing Interventions: Implement evidence-based nursing interventions to promote optimal patient outcomes, including medication administration, wound care, and pain management.
  • Education and Support: Provide education and support to patients and families to promote healthy behaviors, disease management, and overall well-being.
  • Evaluation: Continuously evaluate patient progress, adjust care plans as needed, and communicate effectively with the healthcare team to ensure seamless care transitions.

Requirements

  • Licensure/Certification: Current RN licensure in the state of practice, temporary/interim licensure, or compact licensure; Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
  • Experience: Minimum one year of experience in an acute care setting; preferably in a medical surgical renal diabetic unit.
