Job Summary:The LPN will perform and document assessments, ensure health history and admission process is completed, and provide patient care. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team, and have a strong commitment to delivering high-quality patient care.
Responsibilities:- Assist the registered nurse or other licensed practitioner in identifying patient needs, priorities of care, and goals.
- Contribute to the evaluation of the plan of care by gathering, observing, recording, and communicating patient responses to nursing interventions.
- Modify the plan of care in collaboration with licensed practitioner.
- Perform other duties as assigned to meet the needs of the department/organization.
- Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) | North Dakota Board of Nursing (NDBON) or Compact State Agreement | Prior to Start Date | HR Primary Sources

The LPN will work in a fast-paced environment, interacting with patients, families, and healthcare professionals. The ideal candidate will be able to work effectively in a team setting, prioritize tasks, and maintain a high level of professionalism.
Physical Demands:The LPN will be required to sit, stand, walk, stoop, bend, reach, and handle/finger/feel objects. The ideal candidate will be able to lift, carry, push, and pull medium-weight objects.
Driving Requirement:The LPN will be required to drive occasionally, and the ideal candidate will have a valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
