Medicare Biller Job Opportunity

Insight Global is seeking a skilled Medicare Biller to join their Business Office team in the Blue Ash area of Cincinnati. This role involves working with a large health system to process medicare claims, follow up on self-pay and residential contracts, and manage cash posting and accounts payable. The ideal candidate will have 3-4 years of experience in medical billing or a related revenue cycle field, with expertise in billing Medicare and using Epic for billing. Epic certification and experience with Availity as a payer portal are also highly valued. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring accurate and timely claims processing, as well as maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction. This is a Monday to Friday, 8am-5pm onsite position in the Blue Ash area, with the possibility of a hybrid remote schedule after initial training. The pay rate range for this role is $17-$25 per hour, depending on level of experience.

Required Skills & Experience

3-4 years experience as a medical biller or related revenue cycle experience

Experience billing Medicare

Experience using Epic for billing

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

Epic certification

Experience billing medicaid

Experience using Availity as a payer portal

Denials experience

Experience following up on commercial claims via phone (preferably from Medicare/Medicaid)

Hospital billing preferred

Insurance verification background

Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching.
