Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Identity Intelligence Analyst to support our client's requirements in a challenging and dynamic setting located in the Washington Metropolitan Area. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting watchlist and screening efforts, including receiving, triaging, reviewing, and processing terrorist information/nominations from diverse US Government agencies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Examine terrorism information from nominations to export following established criteria, standards, and policies.
  • Make recommendations regarding the nomination and watch listing process.
  • Support nomination QA/QC reviews.
  • Screen and vet individuals traveling to the US by reviewing non-immigrant and immigrant Visa applicants against TIDE and other IC databases.
  • Use appropriate tools and analytic tradecraft to evaluate, analyze, and integrate relevant identity information to reveal foreign traveler links to terrorism for the State Department adjudication and watch listing purposes.

Requirements:

  • Experience analyzing intelligence reports and cables.
  • Ability to be flexible to perform a wide variety of tasks, change focus quickly, and adapt to meet mission requirements.
  • Experience working with MS Office tools.
  • Experience working with IC tools and databases.
  • Strong problem-solving, analytic, and written and oral communication skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communications skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to accurately follow SOPs.
  • Knowledge of IC organizations, policies, procedures, and requirements.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Education and Experience:

Typically requires a BA degree and 2 – 4 years of prior relevant experience or Masters with less than 2 years of prior relevant experience. Experience can be exchanged for degree.
