We are seeking a skilled Mixer to join our team at Crumbl Metairie. As a Mixer, you will be responsible for executing and understanding recipes, performing quality checks on ingredients and finished products, and providing exceptional customer service.

• Recipe Execution: Read and understand recipes, measure and combine ingredients, and use mixers, blenders, and heat sources to make cookies.
• Quality Control: Test ingredients and finished goods to ensure that each item meets food safety and quality controls.
• Customer Service: Greet customers, answer questions, make recommendations, accept orders and payment, and provide exceptional customer service.
• Inventory Management: Keep records relating to deliveries, inventory, and production levels.
• Cleanliness: Clean and restock workstations, and ensure that all equipment is sanitized and prepared for the next shift.

• Communication Skills: Strong communication skills and the ability to do basic math.
• Age Requirement: Must be 18 years of age to use industrial mixer per Louisiana state law.
• Attention to Detail: Attention to detail, especially when performing quality inspections on ingredients and products.
• Work Ethic: Must be a hard-working individual with a willingness to work independently or with other team members to solve problems, plan schedules, fulfill orders, and create amazing baked goods.
• Flexibility: Flexibility to work around customer demands, including early morning, night, weekend, and holiday availability.
• Physical Demands: Ability to stand, walk, bend, use hands, and appliances, and lift heavy items for extended periods.
• Certifications: Obtain or hold a current Louisiana food handler card.
• Teamwork: Work directly with management to outline daily tasks and be excellent at completing tasks.
• Customer Service: Must be an upbeat and positive person willing to give feedback and answer customer questions.
