Requirements

  • Education & Experience: Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Business, or a related field. 10+ years of experience in IT management and infrastructure planning, with a track record of leading high-performing teams.
  • Technical Expertise: Proficiency in MS Office365, MS Active Directory, MS Teams, MS AD, Windows 10, Windows Server (2016, 2019, 2019(R2)), Linux, DNS, DHCP, Basic VOIP, IPSec VPNs, Fortigate firewall, VLANs and Routing
  • Knowledge of software platforms: UKG Pro, HES, CAS, Sharepoint, ERP software, Sage 50 and PBXact phone system
  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and critical thinking abilities with a focus on translating technical solutions into tangible business value.
  • Project Management: Exceptional project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities and manage change effectively.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to work well with diverse teams and handle sensitive information discreetly.
