Your Responsibilities

As an educator at Success Academy, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Implementing lesson plans that align with curriculum standards and utilizing various instructional strategies and technologies to enhance learning;
  • Managing a classroom of 20+ scholars and establishing and enforcing classroom rules and procedures to maintain a productive learning environment;
  • Assessing student progress through assignments, tests, and observations, and providing timely feedback and support to help students improve;
  • Maintaining accurate records of student performance and progress;
  • Communicating regularly with students, parents, and guardians regarding academic progress and behavioral issues;
  • Collaborating with other teachers, staff, and administration to support student success;
  • Participating in professional development opportunities to gain valuable skills and advance rapidly with leadership opportunities available both in the classroom and outside.
What We Offer
