Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Precast Estimator to join our team. As a key member of our estimating department, you will be responsible for providing accurate and detailed estimates for precast concrete projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform quality and quantity take-off of materials, production labor, field labor, and equipment
  • Prepare and submit quotations for precast concrete scope of work, including budgetary costs and risk assessments
  • Collect and review information from materials suppliers and sub-contractors
  • Create Revit drawings and details per sales department guidelines and protocols
  • Provide excellent customer service and respond to inquiries via various channels

Requirements:

  • Precast/Prestress experience is preferred
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, Word, and Excel is required
  • Ability to read blueprints is essential
