Dairy Attendant

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Counter Attendant to join our team at The Creamery. As a Counter Attendant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers, ensuring a positive and memorable experience.

• Customer Service: Greet customers in a friendly and courteous manner, answer questions about the menu, and take orders with a smile.
• Food Preparation: Prepare all food items to order, maintaining high standards of quality and presentation.
• Point of Sale: Process payments, handle cash and credit transactions, and maintain a clean and organized workspace.
• Inventory Management: Replenish food supplies as needed, maintain proper inventory levels, and alert management to ordering needs.
• Teamwork: Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless service, maintain a clean and safe environment, and support the overall success of the team.

To be successful in this role, you must be at least 18 years old, have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and be able to work in a fast-paced environment. Barista experience is a plus, and ServSafe Certification is beneficial but not required.
