LRS Healthcare - Lab is seeking a skilled Pathology Assistant to join our team on a temporary basis. As a leading healthcare staffing agency, we connect professionals with top facilities in desirable locations.

As a Pathology Assistant, you will be responsible for assisting pathologists and laboratory personnel in the examination of tissue and bodily fluids. Your duties will include preparing slides, conducting tests, and maintaining accurate records.

Responsibilities:
  • Assist pathologists and laboratory personnel in the examination of tissue and bodily fluids
  • Prepare slides and conduct tests as required
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of laboratory results
  • Ensure compliance with laboratory regulations and standards
Requirements:
  • Associate's degree in Medical Laboratory Technology or related field
  • Current certification as a Medical Laboratory Technician (MLT) or Medical Laboratory Assistant (MLA)
  • 1+ year of experience in a laboratory setting
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
