Role Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Senior Industrial Engineer to spearhead the continuous enhancement of our manufacturing processes. This position is crucial as we aim to operate a lean and efficient production facility.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead cross-functional projects aimed at swiftly improving manufacturing processes for our essential product lines.
- Formulate strategies and operational processes to scale our manufacturing, quality, and supply chain operations from research and development to full-scale production, emphasizing waste reduction, quality enhancement, productivity increase, and employee well-being.
- Identify and rectify bottlenecks in production and business processes through data analysis, process mapping, and root cause investigation.
- Establish standards and procedures to advance the organization’s production capabilities using methodologies such as Lean Six Sigma, value stream mapping, and process failure mode effects analysis (PFMEAs).
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement and provide training on Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and design for manufacturability (DFM).
- Support factory simulation modeling and the development of future manufacturing facilities.
- Collaborate with a diverse team of design engineers, manufacturing engineers, technicians, quality specialists, and supply chain experts to innovate efficient operational strategies.

Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will possess:
- A Bachelor’s degree in engineering or operations management.
- Over 5 years of experience in industrial engineering, lean methodologies, continuous improvement, or operations leadership within a production setting.
- Experience in transitioning processes from R&D to production.
- Lean Six Sigma certification (Black Belt or Green Belt) or equivalent experience.
- Proficiency in continuous improvement tools such as Value Stream Mapping, Kaizen, and DMAIC.
- Project management experience with cross-functional teams to achieve project goals within established timelines.
- Strong motivation for continuous improvement and operational efficiency.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Familiarity with Atlassian tools like JIRA and Confluence.
- Experience with ERP and MES software.
- Commitment to safety in industrial environments.
- Willingness to travel or work flexible hours as needed.
