Overnight Baker

Lodge Bread Company - Culver City is seeking a skilled Overnight Baker to join our team. As a key member of our baking operations, you will be responsible for overseeing our morning bake, including croissants, bread, and pastries.

• Executing morning bake, including mixing doughs for cookies, scones, and cakes
• Packing pastry for delivery
• Managing pars with our Executive Pastry Chef
• Maintaining proper food safety standards

• 1-2 years of experience in a high-volume bakery
• Excellent time management skills
• Able to work independently and efficiently
• Bi-lingual Spanish/English preferred
• Valid Food Handler's Certification
• Able to safely lift 50 lbs and stand for long periods of time
