Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Risk and Control Specialist to join our team at SysMind Tech.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure the accuracy and completeness of regulatory reporting processes by testing transactions.
  • Support the development of detailed and accurate documentation on business requirements and collaborate with stakeholders through walkthrough sessions.
  • Create and evaluate attributes to ensure timely and accurate review of enterprise transactions.
  • Interface with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure a common understanding and agreement on test procedures.
  • Assess the effectiveness of processes, policies, and procedures to identify areas for improvement.

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
  • Auditing experience is preferred; testing experience is required.
  • Ability to analyze data and provide insights for initial evaluation of samples.
  • Capacity to challenge information presented and provide explanations to ensure agreement is achieved.
