**Job Summary:**

As a Prep Cook at Moe's Southwest Grill, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking food items, including soups, meats, vegetables, and desserts. You will also be responsible for cleaning and sanitizing work stations and equipment, operating kitchen equipment, and stocking and rotating products.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Prepare and cook food items according to recipes and product directions
* Clean and sanitize work stations and equipment
* Operate a variety of kitchen equipment
* Wash, peel, cut, and shred fruits and vegetables
* Stock, date, and rotate products

**Requirements:**

* Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment
* Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
* Ability to stand for long periods of time
