Position Overview:

Cashiers are integral to delivering outstanding customer experiences in a retail environment. They are responsible for:

  • Providing exceptional customer service to enhance the shopping experience.
  • Processing transactions with accuracy and efficiency.
  • Maintaining the Self-Checkout area to ensure a smooth operation.
  • Acquiring product knowledge to assist customers effectively and identify potential sales opportunities.
  • Minimizing shrinkage by strictly following company policies.
  • Supporting fellow Cashiers by facilitating price checks and approvals.
  • Managing customer escalations and offering guidance to Front End Associates.

Preferred qualifications: A minimum of 1 year of experience in a cashier role is desirable.
