About the RoleThis is a challenging and rewarding role that requires strong clinical skills, excellent communication, and a passion for delivering high-quality patient care. As a Registered Nurse in our Transitional Care Unit, you will be responsible for providing direct patient care, leading a team of nursing staff, and collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure the best possible outcomes for our patients.
Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care, including assessing patient needs, developing and implementing individualized care plans, and evaluating patient outcomes.
- Lead a team of nursing staff, including assigning tasks, providing guidance and support, and evaluating staff performance.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including physicians, therapists, and social workers, to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives, including identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes to improve patient outcomes.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A current RN license in the state of Oklahoma.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
- Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) certification.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A passion for delivering high-quality patient care.
