Concessions Host

As a Concessions Host with Compass Group Careers, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless experience for our guests. This role involves performing cashiering duties, including making cash transactions, verifying cash drawer, giving change, counting cash receipts, and completing cash reports.

• Process sales transactions in a timely and accurate manner.
• Interact with customers in a friendly and service-oriented manner, resolving any complaints or issues that may arise.
• Manage cash drawer and ensure compliance with overage/shortage standards.
• Replenish condiments, coffee, and other beverages, maintaining cleanliness of service areas.
• Ensure compliance with company service standards, inventory, and cash control procedures.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to all sanitation and safety requirements.
