Job Title: Night Float Anesthesiologist

We are seeking a skilled Night Float Anesthesiologist to join our team at Crouse Health Hospital in Syracuse, NY.

About the Role:

This is a unique opportunity to work in a collegial anesthesia environment with a supportive team of surgeons and OR staff. As a Night Float Anesthesiologist, you will be responsible for the medical management of patients undergoing various surgical procedures, including general, GYN, bariatrics, and more.

Responsibilities:
  • Assist in directing and coordinating activities in the Anesthesia Department
  • Responsible for the medical management of patients undergoing surgery
  • Pre-anesthesia assessment, induction, maintenance, and emergence from anesthesia
  • Monitoring of patient's physiological condition and performance of clinical intervention as needed
Requirements:
  • M.D./D.O. degree from an accredited College of Medicine
  • ECFMG and FLEX completion
  • Completion of approved residency in anesthesia
  • Currently licensed as a physician
