Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Pediatric Autism Therapist to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will work one-on-one with children diagnosed with autism to provide exceptional therapy services and support.

Responsibilities
  • Implement evidence-based behavior treatment plans to teach social, communication, and life skills to children with autism
  • Collaborate with and learn from top clinical minds in the field of ABA therapy
  • Provide individualized therapy sessions to children with autism, adapting to their unique needs and goals
  • Communicate effectively with parents and caregivers to ensure seamless care and support

Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
  • 1 year of experience working with children, preferably in a teaching, coaching, or mentoring role
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required
