Job Summary

Kneaders Bakery and Cafe is seeking a skilled Sandwich Maker to join our team. As a Sandwich Maker, you will be responsible for preparing high-quality sandwiches and other menu items to meet the needs of our customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare sandwiches and other menu items to order, using a variety of ingredients and cooking techniques.
• Work efficiently and effectively in a fast-paced kitchen environment, maintaining a clean and safe workspace.
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless service and high-quality products.
• Adhere to food safety and sanitation standards, maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
• Develop and maintain a strong understanding of our menu and ingredients, making recommendations to customers as needed.

Requirements

• 1+ years of kitchen or food service experience, preferably in a bakery or cafe setting.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills, with a positive attitude and a commitment to customer satisfaction.
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods of time.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
