Position Summary
We are in search of a skilled HVAC Pipe Fitting Specialist/Foreman to enhance our vibrant team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in pipe fitting and plumbing, along with a solid history of managing subcontractors effectively to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
Key Responsibilities
- Guide, mentor, and train team members to uphold high standards of workmanship and safety compliance.
- Plan, organize, and oversee all aspects of HVAC pipefitting projects, ensuring optimal resource utilization and adherence to timelines.
- Conduct regular inspections to verify that work aligns with industry standards, project specifications, and regulatory guidelines.
- Utilize technology to access and review project plans and documentation efficiently.
- Employ Bluebeam and Procore software for comprehensive project documentation, including plans, drawings, RFIs, and change orders.
- Install, assemble, and maintain piping systems for HVAC applications.
- Perform pressure tests and troubleshooting to guarantee system efficiency and safety.
- Coordinate the delivery of materials and equipment to job sites.
- Prepare and submit daily reports, timesheets, and project updates to management.
- Ensure strict compliance with safety protocols and OSHA regulations.
- Lead regular safety meetings and inspections to identify and mitigate potential hazards.
- Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and clients to ensure smooth project execution.
- Maintain clear communication with subcontractors, suppliers, and team members.
- Ensure accurate and up-to-date documentation throughout the project lifecycle, including as-builts and closeout documentation.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical or trade school certification is preferred.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in HVAC pipefitting and plumbing.
- Demonstrated leadership abilities with a knack for managing and motivating a team.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, capable of prioritizing tasks effectively.
- Proficient in using an iPad for daily paperwork submissions.
- Experience with Bluebeam and Procore software for project management and documentation.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, fostering effective collaboration with colleagues, clients, and subcontractors.
- Ability to lift at least 50lbs and stand for extended periods.
- Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.

- 8 Hour Shift
